Constipation
I have constipation that began around 2 months ago
I consulted a doctor and he prescribed bandy,pruease and cremadiet powder ,i did everything according to what he told and it did help to some extent but i am not going to pooping out fully i am bloated also .and i dont have a bowel movement i have to sit in the bathroom for 1 hour to poop that too not fully .i am totally frustrated . hoping for good consultation
