My son is 43 days old. And he hasn't pass the stool for 8 days till today. He is being fed by breastmilk and not added by anything else.
Is this normal condition? Why is the constipation seen in my child ? What is the remedy and also help me how to prevent it. Thanks.

Its quiet normal in few babies who are breast fed to pass motions once in 7-8 days. Need not worry unless there is abdominal distension or tightness over tummy. Start enzyme supplementation like NEOPEPTINE DROPS To enhance digestion. Do not use any laxatives.

As long as he's feeding well,is active, passing urine normally AND has no abdominal distension, relax.
Ensure breastfeeding at a gap of at least 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
