Constipation issue
From last few months I m suffering from constipation on frequent basis now its a trouble for me in my study and sport activities

Drink lots of water, eat good amount of vegetables and fruits. Eat grains that are rich in soluble fibers like oats, Millets, brown rice. Do regular physical activities. If you have more severe constipation take stool softener’s for few days
