Constipation
Ive have been suffering from constipation since 1 month. Stools gets released hardly 2-3 days once. That too very hardly. I feel the stagnant of stools in my intestine.

Evacuating stools with exerting more efforts may develop hemorrhoids. Hard stools may cause anal fissures, so visit physician ASAP, they will prescribe suitable laxatives for you.
