I had grade 2 hemorrhoids caused off chronic bowel inflammation , doctor prescribed me the medicine but didn't tell me when to stop.

Get EXAMINED by a general surgeon for your HEMORRHOIDS.
It needs more medicines and avoiding constipation is most essential.
It is safe but when to stop has ti be evaluated.
Blindly taking it for long term won't solve your problem.
