Constipation
My daughter eats normal food though intake of vegetables is not in quantities we recommend she drinks milk daily. However, she doesn't pass stool every day and whenever she does its a painful activity to pass stool.. need some help in managing her constipation problem.

Make sure your child’s water intake is adequate. At this young age, medication for passing stools can be used sos. But otherwise, diet which includes bananas, “omam” water will help...
