Most of the reactions you mentioned are normal. At 2 months, most babies continue keeping their hips flexed intermittently. If there is inconsolable cry or vomiting, you need to show a pediatrician. Stretching is a normal phenomenon. Exclusively breast fed children may pass stools once in 3-5 days, this is normal if the abdomen is soft , and there is no vomiting or other problems.
