Constipation problem
Sir. I am suffring from constipation from last six month.please advice me.l am taking boiled water but not relief.

HELLO, FOR LONG-TERM BASIS ISBGOL HUSCK TREE TEASPOON FULL WITH SLIGHT SUGARTO BE TAKE THREE TIMES A DAY ONE TSF WITH WATER TO ENGULFE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS WITH WATER IT SWELLS VERY MUCH. O FIRST TREAT ACUTE CONDITION BY CREMAFIN PINK THREE TEASPOON FULLAT NIGHT TILL STOOL BECOMES SOFT. ONCE ALMOST RELIVED START ISBGOL TO MAINTAIN N NO HARM BUT IT  KEEPS YOUR GUT HEALTHY.N NO CONSTIPATION AT ALL. OME GLASS MILK AT NIGHT BEFORE GOING TO BED. OK
