My baby of 3 years and 8 months has the below issues Constipation,Thyroid TSH - 6.35,T4-7.4 Needed advise on these findings

Have you check the thyroid for the first time? Single report with this values need repeat testing again may be after a month's time to see whether it's increasing or same or become normal. If it's increasing then getting the opinion of Pediatric endocrinologist will be helpful. As even T4level is high.single child will not have mix thyroid picture of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. Hypothyroidism is associated with constipation.
