I have sciatica pain in right leg from 5 years not severe... Can I do yoga or aerobics.. right now I am doing yoga for 1 hour suryanamaskaras and stretching exercises.

Yes, you may very well do yoga. It's good not only for pain relief but also for general well being. But how was the diagnosis of sciatica was made? Any MRI LS spine done before??
