Hi, I am M Nandy. My wife is 4th week pregnant, not positive in rapid pregnancy test, but symptoms present. Now I ensured today she carries high sugar in rapid urine test (++++ 2000mg/dl, family history of diabetes ) and get a worm (like helminths) in urine. What further test should I do ? Please advise about the diets regarding this problems...

You need to get the following tests for her on an urgent basis: fbs,plbs, hba1c. Diabetes in pregnancy needs to be treated at the earliest.
