13 days after having sex menstrual cycle started lately like 3 days later from regular dates and the colour of bleeding is pink...I was happy that iam not pregnant, then after 2 days bleeding stopped and stains of blood is found on napkin am i pregnant or not?

No. You can confirm by urine for pregnancy test also.
