Regarding mouth ulcer , Avoid consuming too hot food , sleep atleast for 8 hours daily , avoid spicy food , include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet , stop smoking or alcohol drinking with immediate effect , consume water frequently , rinse mouth after having food , brush twice a day , during ulcers use Dologel CT , apply 3-4 times a day to relive pain . Ulcers usually lasts from 7-14 days , if you have ulcers present for a month long then visit nearby dentist or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for a general checkup
