Hello myself Nandini I'm here to ask about my mother in-law health 1 month ago she was undergone uterus removal operation and diagnosed with uterus cancer doctors recommend for 3 radiotherapy by that time she developed infection on the surgery spot puss formed so got delayed in radiotherapy now she's suffering from COVID-19 we admitted her to hospital now undergone CT scan 20/25 score I'm really worried here I'm attaching the report please tell me about next procedure we need to do we are worried so much she's having high BP and sugar

In view of COVID19 with severe CT score and comorbidities - uncontrolled Diabetes and hypertension -- hospital admission is a good decision for oxygen monitoring and support as needed.

Tests for inflammatory markers - DDimer, CRP and IL6 every 3 days if baseline elevated. patient should receive steroids and enoxaparin (if SpO2 less than 94 percent and fever duration > 7 days)

First of all such ct score she need to admited in covid hosp Brcause of bp,dm and cancer it can be very complicated ,need urgent covid treatment and monitoring and tests to be done
