Since last one month on both sides of my cheek there is a red outline inside that there is white colour something nd it is little bit swollen it is not paining also. it is soft. it is not increasing in size nor decreasing. it is very small but I can fell it with the tounge. what it can be

Can be parodtid papilla. Which is totally a normal anatomical structure.
Pls upload intraoral picture.
Any history of habits.tobacco chewing or smoking. Piano parag guthka or khaini or any other variation..? If so then it can be something pathological..

On both sides of the cheek a red line with white thing... It is probably known as Linea alba and it is quite normal.. Don't worry for that..
But a picture of your mouth will be better to differentiate it from anything else..

From your description seems like you have a line on the inner cheeks where upper and lower teeth touch...it is normal..do not worry
