Hello, the dose of any kind of antipyretics is based on weight and age of child. Which you have not mentioned. The antipyretics should always be given in adequate dose to relieve fever.
Best antipyretic for children is paracetamol, which is available in market as ( syp Calpol or syp Crocin)
