I have -3.25 power in both my eyes i uses glasses can i go for contact lens without docs permision??

-3.5 cylinder or spherical power is important to mention..if you have added cylindrical power you have to go for customised contact lens other wise you may have asthenopic symptoms like headache and eye ache..so once see your doctor and go with his opinion
