Continous Anxiety
I am suffering from continous anxiety after being suffered from Panic Attack. There is always a fear in my mind that something going to be happened even after my medical report says everything is ok.Kindly help

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

Constant worrying, frequent panic attacks are all part of panic disorder. It is treated with medicines and therapy. Consult a psychiatrist and psychologist for evaluation and management. All the best!
