  4. Continous high pictch sound. Any remedy?

Continous high pictch sound
I continuously hear high pitch sound in both the ears and from last week I feel dizzy during normal day. Due to this continuously noise it is very irritating to concentrate on work. Is it any serious problem or are they any remedy??

As per your description you are suffering from tinnitus..it's multifactorial.. need to be evaluated by local examination for diagnosis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
