Continue mucus and post nasal drip
Last 1 year since lockdown I am having continue mucus transparent or sometimes milky white. 1 or 2 day sometimes break is there or else same. No other issues but mucus from nose and sometimes post nasal drip. Whats the reason. I am 45 yrs old on eltroxin 100mg for hypothyroidism last 17yrs. Wt. 76kg,ht 5.6 Since lockdown not going to work so not moving  as such. What is the reason. Is it very serious issue.

Steam inhalation, gargle and low dose steroid inhaler helps in mild allergy. Though need to quantify and classify

Check whether it is definitely mucous, or watery discharge with sneeze. Allergy can be there whole year, is the discharge more when you get up or through out the day?
Next Steps
PND usually signifies sinusitis, so I will suggest get an X ray PNS , you can take Steam inhalation and expectorant
