Continuos sneezing
Hi, in more than one situations, I sneeze heavily and continuously. Sneezing is so hard and continuous that my shoulders start paining after I sneeze. Usually washing the internal of the nose with water will relax it for some time but it will start again and this is very random.
One of the factors which start it which I've noticed is even I take out woolen or warm clothesv out of almira after a long time. Other factors, I'm not sure.

That means you are allergic to some things. First of all identify the factors. Avoid woollen garments. Using a steroid nasal spray will solve the problem.
