Continuous Frustration,sadness and Anger
I am unable to keep myself happy and have been indulged in overthinking since a year now. After my marriage this year in february,I am feeling overloaded with responsbilities,I feel angry whenever I see my spouse continuously engaged in laptop and phone, with politics and seriousness of the world. I used to be very outdoorsy and gregarious which has diminished looking at how girls are treated a little differently after marriage. I am not being tortured but little differences in treatment leave a huge impact ony me. I try to let it go but it doesn't. I feel tired and exhausted all the time. I and my husband share very less interests in common. We are poles apart in our choices. I relocated to NCR from Pune last year but haven't been able to accept this city and its lifestyle at all. I go on a loop thinking about all of the above and more. I have lost appetite. I feel lonely and left out. I thought of married life as what is in the fairytales but it is so massively different and difficult
