Continuous headache
Hi, My mom is a rhematoid arthritis from over 8 years and has been taking drugs for Rh Arthritis regularly.(HCQS, Zempred 4, Caltin D, Fefol, Lefno 10, Folitrax). She has a history of Sinus also. She has also been talking homeopathic medicines for Rh arthritis in parallel. For over a year she has been struggling to get sound sleep at night and having irregular bouts of headache. The headache used to disappear after taking steam inhalation/hot water bag treatment etc. Since a month ago, the headache has become severe and continuous (throughout the head) and steam inhalation/hot water bag etc have failed to bring relief. Also due to the continuous headache, sleep has worsened and is hard to come by. The homeopath is saying that this could be migraine but we are not sure. Could someone please advice on what could be the problem here and what line of treatment should be followed? Also whom should she consult - internal medicine, general physician etc?

Headache interfering with sleep is mostly due to increased pressure inside the skull You have to consult a Neurosurgeon

Hello... Migraine headache is vascular headache ..usually unilateral , pulsatile, severe headache..in that case even lack of sleep aggravates attack .. She has to sleep whenever she feels sleepy ... Tell her to take pain killer and try to sleep .. Because she may feel better after complete sleep... Consult general physician.
