Don't over eat.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Avoid outside food.
avoid alcohol.
stop smoking if you do.

Please have a glass of luke warm water and go for a walk for half hour. You will pass lot of gas. You may feel the urge to pass stools.
