Continuous vomiting after high fever
Diagnosed with lupus in 2014, about 3 weeks ago he started to complain about his joints and an overall exhaustion, a day after that his lower limp got swollen so he took 100 mg of hydrocortisone the day after that his legs went back to normal but at the same time he felt tired and his fever started to go up by the hour till it reached 40c, so he started to take paracetamol to lower his temperature but it barely went down for 90 minuets , so he was admitted to the hospital for having steady high
