I had sex with my cousin and after two hours she took Ipill. Next day, again, we had sex and she didn't took the Pills this time. Should she have to take the pill again to avoid pregnancy or not? Is it safe for her to take the pill?

Whether u need to tk one more pill or not depends upon whether she was in fertile period or not.
Also multiple i pills should ideally not be taken in the same cycle
