Control of diabetes
I have been on insulin for the past six years. For more than seven months post pandal figures are not coming down. Changed medicines and for the past two months I am taking Lantus insulin. Fasting figures have been between 90 - 120. Post lunch figures are between 230 - 280.

Lantus is a useless insulin for controlling post prandial sugar. Discuss with your doctor about a rapid acting insulin with each meal
