2months before my throat was burning. I did endoscopy and it was sliding hiatus hernia.After that went to ent and took tablets for throat. Now burning sensation is not there. Now taking nexpro rd 40 and espanz 40. Also taking thyroid tablet daily 50mg. Now what's my problem is feeling tired and something stuck in my throat feel like weight.. sometimes feverish and cough coming.. headache also. Two times diarrhea. Is this any serious issue? 7days before i travelled in bus for 7hours. That's why feeling very scared. Kindly reply me.

If you have symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat, breathlessness and GI symptoms like vomiting diarrhea report to the hospital immediately. Since you have a travel history you should quarantine yourself from others for 2 weeks
