My only concern is that in these covid19 days
People are still falling sick of normal viral flu or common cold ?? Or is it just me.

There may be common cold during these days also but If you have symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat and breathlessness report to the hospital immediately. Stay quarantined stay safe

First of all , I am very thankful that u raised this question as this may help many people who r reading this
This is true that we see lot of patients with cough ,cold & fever during this time( Dec to march end ) & most of them r seasonal allergic cough or viral flu not corona.
What I advise is if u any of these symptoms , stay at home ,try to take simple measures like hot saline gargles , steam inhalations , mild antiallergics& paracetamol only.AVOID taking strong medication like pain killers or antibiotics on their own BEACAUSE these can mask ur symptoms .
Observe urself for few days if u r feeling better with simple measures nothing to worry , u r recovering . If not better get urself checked & take medication under proper guidance
Most important thing use mask, keep washing ur hands, stay at home& Do'nt overmedicate urself
