This is my mother mri report plz suggest it require STARR surgery ? Imaging evaluation shows widening of the posterior hiatus with mild cystocele and inferior rectal descent. Small anterior rectocele is evident. Small rectal mucosal intussusception is evident during defecation

She is suffering from decal evacuation disorder. No report is attached if rectocoele is not large then surgery may be avoided. She needs anal manometry. May be that biofeedback may help.  Consult local gastrenterologist.
