Cough and chest congestion

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My son is 2 years and 3 month suffering from cough and chest congestion. Treatment is continue from.last one month but no luck. When we think it is improving the chest and cough. Then it becoming high. We also done comprehensive allergy test in which allergy comes in egg only and x ray also shows chest is not clear full. So what action we can take

Hi mam Your version of cough and cold is not clear in duration whether fever cough is continous or intermittently your baby is sick I need to know any blood test done in last 1 month Also x ray picture -hav your doctor commented he had pneumonia changes in xray Kindly give details
