Cough and cold
My 3& half year child always having cough and cold since 3 months.runny nose but no fever .I have consulted many child specialists. All of them told chest is clear and diagnosed URTI. Prescribed cetrizine and PCM AFTER that azithromicin and some cough syrup. Every time he becomes OK FOR one or two days after that same condition re-occurs. Plz guide

Please investigate him. Do CBC CRP ESR LFT RFT x-ray chest and Mantoux test on left forearm,IGE level vitamin D3 level etc. Whether it's a whezzing cough needs to be investigated thoroughly for which may be inhalers can be tried for a month by your pediatrician and assess him
