My baby age is 2months and weight about 3.8kg. having nose and chest block with cough .and cold Should I give atarax drop or Maxtra drop, and dose?

You can use Nasoclear nasal drops for nasal block. Dont start Maxtra or atarax drops on your own. Show your pediatrician, is there any need or not?
