Cough and cold
My son is 3 1/4 years old. He is having cough and cold continuously for the past one months. In between he was having fever also. Now he is slightly cough and running nose.

Give some decongestant and make sure u hydrate him properly. It will settle in 3-4 days.on it own. Don't over medicate otherwise cough and cold repeats like a cycle every 2-3 months in kids this age
