I have taken cheston cold for two days still doesn't help.

Have other measures too like take hot fluids like soups ginger teas oats and fruits and have warm saline gargles three times
Add anti biotic if you are not allergic to it like
Tablet azithromycin 500 mg one tablet once a day for five days
