Suffering from coughs with vomiting 4 years old. No appetite. Had fever last week . Coughs is dry . Running nose

Get your child examined by a doctor. Since there is no fever now, I feel the vomiting is due to the dry cough. It will be better if you get your child thoroughly checked by a doctor.

Dear Dear parents,.
Your child is suffering from cold coryza & cough, give him following treatment Syp vomikind one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 3days empty stomach.
After half hour give something to eat and than give syrup Azithromycin 100mg one teaspoon once a day for 5days.
Syp Wikoryl Ds one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days.
Syp Axalin half teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days.
