Cough and congestion in chest

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have congestion in chest and pain.. I am taking cough syrup and doing other home remedies.. ginger tea, honey Sheetopaladhi and others.. I don't have fever but there is this shivering kind I am feeling.. not with chills but just a little discomfort.. need advise on that
