Cough and Phlegm
I had and infection on 1st march, post that I was having a lot of cough, with phlegm.
So around on 16th march I went to the doctor, he prescribed Doiss 625(augmentin), antihistamine and multivitamins, but after 3 days i got severe diarrhoea bec of that augmentin so he asked to stop, then i was on a 5 day course for Azithral 500mg and asthakind ls cough syrup, this had relieved my symptoms upto some extent, but my cough with phlegm hasn't been resolved, and I don't cough a kot like earlier but i get ticklish feeling at lower throat and again cough with phlegm happens many a times.. please help me..

Looks like post nasal drip. Also could be reflux disease. A thorough history including history of any allergy, gastritis, co morbidities need to be assessed.
Next Steps
Clinical examination by an ENT specialist to examine the throat to rule out tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis.. also to examine the lower respiratory tract is needed. After complete examination, further treatment can be discussed.
