Cough and weakness. Difficulty in eating. Little feverish. cough not coming out properly. Had bronchitis as well previously. What should be diet and medicines

Plain diet with protein and fruits. Not much spice. No cold drinks. Take a salt warm water gargle. Steam inhalation
