Sometimes remains whole life in body Early efforts by ayurvediy remedies diet lifestyle correction according your own prakruti sarta is best way to deal with rhinitis, dushta Pratishay and upadrava diseases. सर्दी के कारण और सर्दी के उपद्रव सर्दी होने के आयुर्वेद के अनुसार कारण सन्धारणाजीर्णरजो$तिभाष्यक्रोधर्तुवैषम्यशिरो$भितापै: प्रजागरातिस्वपनाम्बुशीतैरवश्यया मैथुनबाष्पधूमै: || मल मूत्र आदि १३ वेगों को बल पूर्वक रोकनेसे अजीर्ण होने से धूल मिट्टी के कण के संपर्क से ज्यादा बात करनेसे ज्यादा गुस्से करने से सिर में आघात होने से रात में जागरण करने से ज्यादा सोने से ठंडा पानी ओस के सेवन से मैथुन कर्म के अतियोग के कारण धुर और बाष्प के सेवन से सर्दी की तकलीफ़ होती है। सर्दीसे होनेवाली बीमारियां बाधीर्यमान्ध्यमघ्रत्वं घोरांश्च नयनामयान्| शोफाग्निसादकासांश्च वृध्दाः कुर्वन्ति पीनसाः|| यो.र. कम सुनाई देना, आंखो को कम दिखाई देना (नंबर बढ़ना), सूंघने की क्षमता कम होना, भूक कम होना, सूजन, खांँसी होना आदि बीमारियाँँ पुरानी सर्दी के कारण होती हैं। शरीर सर्दी को स्वभाव परम वाद से खुद ही कम कर देता है। जब शरीर खुद से सर्दी को कम नहीं कर पाता तब सर्दी कम करने वाली और शरीर की बीमारी से लढने की ताकत बढ़ने वाली दवाइयां लेनी चाहिए। जिससे भविष्य देश काल पानी हवा बदलने से छोटी मोटी बीमारियां सर्दी बुखार आदि ना हो। जो आयुर्वेद शास्त्र का उपयोग करते हुए कर सकते हैं। प्राण वायू ला बिघडवणारी कारणे 👇🏻 १)रुक्ष कोरडा स्नेह रहित आहार घेणे. २)व्यायाम अतिप्रमाणात करणे. व्यायाम अर्धशक्ती प्रमाणात करावा त्यापेक्षा अधिक प्रमाणात करू नये. ह्रदयस्थो यदा वायुर्वक्त्रं शीघ्रं प्रपद्यते| मुखं च शोषं लभते तब्दलार्धस्य लक्षणम्|| किंवा ललाटे नासायां गात्रसंधिषु कक्षयोः| यदा संजायते स्वेदो बलार्धं तु तदा$$दिशेत्|| बलार्ध लक्षण--- व्यायाम केल्यानंतर जेंव्हा ह्रदयातील वायु मुखात येत असेल आणि तोंड कोरडे पडत असेल तेंव्हा बलार्ध (शक्तीच्या अर्धा व्यायाम झाला समजावे.           किंवा व्यायाम केल्यानंतर जेंव्हा कपाळ, नाक, सांध्याचे ठिकाणी तसेच काखेत घाम येत असेल तेंव्हा आपल्या ताकदिच्या अर्धा व्यायाम झाला असे समजावे. ३) अति लंघन उपवास करू नये ४)  अति प्रमाणात आहार घेणे भुकेपेक्षा अधिक पचनासाठी जड आहार घेणे. ५) मल मूत्र यांचा अवरोध किंवा बल पूर्वक मल मूत्र वेगांना प्रवृत्त करणे. आदी कारणांनी इंद्रियांना पिडा होते सोबतच सर्दी पडसे खोकला दमा सारखे पुष्कळ आजार शरीरात निर्माण होतात.

Avoid late night dinner. Eat before 8 pm. Always drink hot water. Avoid milk products and allergens. Can start Swasanandam gulika 2 tab 2 times . Somjeevani kadha. Do panchkarma procedure like Vaman and Nasya. Daily Light exercise with Pranayam. Can consult online.
