Cough cold
I have cough cold from last 7days, no fever can u tell me which medicine should I take, during sleeping time I have irritation in throat. Not able to sleep properly.

It ll really helpful if you could get a complete blood count done and share the report.
For the cough you take syp ascoril 2 TSP three times daily.
Kindly get a chest xray done and share it so we can decide further treatment
