Since it is covid pandemic.. we need to rule out covid.. so, have Rtpcr test..

use t.dolo 650mg bd for 3days t.azithromycin 500mg bd 5days t.pantop 40mg bd 5days t. levocetrizine bd 3days t. vit b,c od 7days if Rtpcr Report is positive.. consult the nearby covid hospital for further management like oxygen levels check up etc. otherwise, above prescription will be sufficient

Kindly do an covid rtpcr to rule out covid infection. Start on paracetamol ,vitamin c and zinc. Steam inhalation and gargles 3 times a day.
