Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Do you have a habit of smoking?
If yes, then you will have to stop that.
You can also start taking tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
