  4. Cough from past 2 days. Shall i do now.

Cough from past 2 days.
He is 8 yrs old now. From past two days he I suffering from cough and due to that cough he is starting vomiting. Last year in this months he suffered from pneumonia. Plzzzz suggest me what shall I do now.
