  4. Cough in 3 month baby. Dose or watch.

Cough in 3 month baby
My 3 months baby has cough dr. Prescribed him relent syrup 2.5 ml twice a day for 3 days. 1 day was passed and there is no improvement in my child. So should I increase the dose or watch.
