Cough inside throat.
I always feel cough at the opening of nose inside the mouth. I have to sollow it agin and agian it is creating problem in my speaking abilities.

seems like you have sinusitis problem..you have typical post nasal drip. use warm saline gargles consult a pulmonologist for proper evaluation and management.
