Cough irritate always me and pain inback
Its about 7days and I don't start any antibiotics tab before that I don't suffer lyk that....so I was concern what going wrong with me.......pain in upper back near shoulder is painfull I don't suffer before lyk this.

TABLET ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER MEALS FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.
SYRUP MUCOLYT ONE TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS OR AS REQUIRED.
TABLET TRAMADOL PLUS TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER MEALS FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS.
HOT WATER BAG OR GEL BAG TO APPLY LOCALLY.
