Cough problem from last 2 days Medicine given Mucolite...but no affect. Cough increased , plz suggest if medicine needs to be changed.

Please Nebulize with Duolin and Budicort respule Half respule Twice a day for 3 days Sy defcort 2.5 ml Twice a day Sy clavum 5ml Twice a day Sy broncorex 1.5 ml three times a day Re Consult if needed
