I've been having cough since 1 week And its getting worse at night. And I'm having my tonsil grown in this condition and thought I'm not getting pain for this but I'm getting little problem while eating. Please provide me proper solution....

HELLO, TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET AMOXICLAVEE 625TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS SYRUP GIRILINCTUS BM ONE TEASPOON FUL  THREE TIMES A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. ALEX COUGH LOZENGE ONE FOURTH PIECE TO BE KEPT IN MOUTH N SUCK IT. TOTAL ONE LOZENGE PER DAY TO BE CONSUMED. O.K BYE.
