Visited doctor twice but my 2 year old son still not well...coughing since 10 days....

Try giving steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. If he has wheezing sounds in breathing,then he's probably asthmatic,and will need additional measures like nebulizer therapy.
